The Anti-Gravity Candle looks like any other pillar candle but...
inside the outer shell is a spring mechanism and a replaceable candle.

As the candle burns and reduces in height, the spring pushes the candle to the top of the outer shell. The flame is always at the top of the candle, the outer
shell doesn't burn so there is no dripping wax and to refill, simply unscrew the base and add a new candle.
